Online Payments for Food Services

As a convenience to parents, Snoqualmie Valley Public Schools now provide parents an easy way to add money to their child’s food service account. Online payments can be made into student food service accounts through the Skyward Family Access parent portal.

We have contracted with RevTrak, a national credit card payment processor, to provide a secure site for making payments. Online payments will immediately be posted to a student's food service account. Parents who choose this option will be charged a $1.50 service fee per student.

To make Food Service online payments:

  • Click "Login to Family Access" on right hand menu
  • Log into Skyward Family Access - you will need your Login and Password (If you do not have your Skyward Family Access login, please contact your child's school.)
  • Select "Food Service" from "General Information" menu on the left
  • View balance and select "Make Online Payment"
  • Enter payment amount and select "Pay with RevTrak"
  • Verify payment amount and select "Go to Checkout"
  • All parents will need to set up an account the first time they make an online payment. To do this, select "I am a new customer" and enter your email address. You will be asked to enter your billing address, payment information, and create a password.

    The next time you make on online payment, after an account is set up, select "I am a returning customer" and enter your email address and password. Then select Sign in.
  • Verify information for accuracy and select "Complete Order"
  • Payment will be processed and Receipt can be viewed and printed.
  • Logout

Low Food Service Balance E-mail Notifications:

The first guardian listed in a household have access to receive an e-mail letting you know when your student's Food Service balance is under $5.00:

  • When in Family Access select E-mail Notifications from menu on the left
  • Select Change My Notifications link to subscribe or unsubscribe to e-mail notifications

Prior to signing up for E-mail Notifications, please check to see if your email shown on the Student Information page in Family Access is correct. If not correct you can update your e-mail by selecting the Account Info link on the top right menu.
